**Water restriction in Vence : Until October 15th of 2007

Lawns, flowers, and trees, vegetable gardens: watering is forbidden from 10.am to 6.00pm.

For the filling of the swimming pools of a volume higher than 10m3: ask for a written authorization to the Mayor: place Georges Clemenceau 06140 or by mail

Specific measures to the agricultural productions: any watering is forbidden from10.am to 6.00pm.

These restrictions do not concern the micro sprinkling system that may be used for various growings.

Considering the fountains without water recirculation, their working is forbidden.This is why the 4 fountains of Vence have been closed. : Sainte-Anne (bd Emmanuel Maurel), Square Maliver, Avenue Foch (near the lycee) and Avenue de Ricolfi.

The non-respect of these legal dispositions may induce:

Penal sanctions (relative to the article 6 of the order of September 24th of 1992) may be a ticket of 5th category and a fine that could reach the amount of 1 500 €..
